Do your prices include shipping and handling?
Yes all of our items have the shipping and handling cost included for the continental United States, shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or other US territories are not included.
How do the Aero kits attach to the car? bolts/adhesive tape?
There are several installation procedures that can be used. The recommended method is drilling the kit to your car. This is the safest procedure and is strongly
recommended. This method also provides the option of uninstalling the kit if
needed during the winter season. You can also use double sided tape or glue.
How do you ship? Tracking number?
We ship via UPS, FEDEX and USPS priority mail depending on the size of the box. Other items like body kits are shipped via Target Logistics, they are very reliable and fast. Every order includes a tracking number.
Do you have a warranty? If so what are the specifications and length of time?
Yes, all items sold by Ionic Dynamics have a 90 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If an item does arrive damaged the buyer has to contact us immediately so we can initiate the claim process. In most cases we will ship a replacement right away. Shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.
How soon do you ship?
Most Fiberglass parts are shipped within 5 business days. Special order items like painted products, Carbon Fiber products, and some FRP items are made to order and can take up to 10 business days.
