MERCHANDISE RETURN

Products purchased from IonicDynamics.com can only be returned for store credit or refund within 14 days from delivery date provided they are in unused condition and returned in its original factory packaging. Parts are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstances. Shipping is non-refundable. Our shipping charges reflect rates charged to us by our shipping vendors, and upon successful delivery are non-refundable. No credits or refunds can be given until the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. IonicDynamics.com reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee. Special, carbon fiber, paint matched or made to order items may assess at a higher restocking fee or be non-returnable depending on the nature of the item. Please contact customer service via email to obtain return instructions. Make sure you include a copy of your invoice with the returned item.

SHIP TO ADDRESS

Orders will only be shipped out to the confirmed address listed with the payment. Any instructions requesting the order to be shipped to an alternate address will be ignored or the order canceled. It is the buyers responsibility to verify and ensure that the information provided with the order is correct. Confirmed address is defined as the billing address associated with the credit card or debit card used for the payment.

LIABILITY

The liability of IonicDynamics.com is limited to the original purchase price of the merchandise. IonicDynamics.com is not responsible or liable for any damages injuries incurred due to driver error, incorrect installations, and any mishandling of the product. The products we sell have no warranty or representations made with ability to protect against injury or death. The user assumes that risk. IonicDynamics.com products are for off-public road use or show purposes only and have not been tested or approved by any federal or local governing agency and are not approved or recommended for street use. IonicDynamics.com is not responsible or liable for errors or omissions. Parts modified or damaged during attempted installation are not eligible for refund. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS GIVEN FOR PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED AND OPERATED ON THE CAR.

FREIGHT DAMAGE

IonicDynamics.com will carefully inspect each order shipped for accuracy of content and evidence of physical damage or defects prior to shipping. Note that body kits and Carbon Fiber trunk lids ship via truck freight. Once delivered, signature is required, but inspection of the received product is necessary before you sign. The customer assumes all responsibilities for any damage to the merchandise once it is signed for. IonicDynamics.com must be notified within five (5) business days of the receipt by the customer of any discrepancies in the content found for any missing, damaged or defect parts. The customer MUST report all damages related to shipping to the freight carrier (FED EX, UPS, NEMF etc.) within 14 days. All damages related to the shipping process are the responsibility of the freight carrier and not IonicDynamics.com. In general, claims not reported to the freight carrier within 14 days will be denied by the carrier. Denied claims related to shipping are not the responsibility of IonicDynamics.com.

All statements made herein are with the understanding that our customers made their purchases in good faith and with full understanding of our Policies. IonicDynamics.com is not liable for our customers failing to read the policies of the company, as they are available online at www.IonicDynamics.com as well as by request when contacting Customer Service. Any exceptions to these policies are solely at the discretion of IonicDynamics.com Prices and policies herein are subject to change without notice.

FREE SHIPPING

Our prices include shipping to business or residential addresses within the Continental USA, shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or other US territories are not included. If you live in any of those locations please contact us before making your order to get accurate shipping costs.
