Refund policy

At IonicDynamics.com, we accept returns for store credit or refund within 7 days of delivery, as long as the products are in unused condition and still in their original factory packaging. Please note that parts are not covered for wear or breakage under any circumstances. Payment processing fees and shipping charges, which reflect the rates charged to us by shipping vendors, are non-refundable. A return will only be processed once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of special, carbon fiber, paint matched, or made-to-order items which may be subject to a higher restocking fee or not eligible for return depending on the nature of the item. Cancelling an unshipped special order, paint matched or carbon fiber product will result in a 30% cancellation fee. For return instructions, please contact our customer service team via email and include a copy of your invoice with the returned item.
