The products on Ionic Dynamics offered with free shipping will only apply to orders shipped to addresses in the Continental US, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and protectorates. The handling time for fiberglass orders is usually 1 to 4 weeks, but it could take longer if mentioned in the product description. Color-matched, carbon fiber, and special order products could take longer to process, with a wait time of 4 to 12 weeks or more, as indicated in the product description. It is the responsibility of the buyer to consider these estimated wait times before placing an order. Please note that these are only estimates and not guarantees. The wait times are not under the direct control of Ionic Dynamics.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email from Ionic Dynamics, but receive a PayPal receipt, your order has been successfully received and is being processed. This could be due to issues with the email server.
