Manufactured by Ionic Dynamics and is crafted using high temperature resistant resins and 3K carbon fiber. They are also clear coated with dual stage automotive system for added gloss and UV protection. Mounting hardware is not included, customers will need to use the existing bolts that hold down their OEM fan shroud. Item comes predrilled
